In what environment does the platform run and where is the data located?

The decision is made by the client. The Productive24AI architecture was designed to reduce dependence on any single cloud provider, so the platform can run in one of three models:

  • redundant eLeader Data Centers with GPU infrastructure located in Poland,
  • public cloud (AWS or Azure),
  • on-premise, with full physical control over data and hardware.

We tailor the deployment model to security policies, compliance requirements and expectations regarding data sovereignty.

Is Productive24AI just another Power Apps?

No. Productive24AI is a production environment for business applications, not a generator of simple forms. It was designed for complex, enterprise-class processes, which is why it includes, among others:

  • cloud-agnostic deployment,
  • GitOps,
  • a multi-layered permission model,
  • offline-first mobile apps,
  • advanced logging,
  • AI support in building applications (AI-assisted development).
Can an AI agent made available to application users go beyond their permissions?

No. The AI agent always operates within the context of the role and permissions of the user who runs it, and never gains broader access than that person. All of the agent's actions pass through the same control mechanisms as operations performed manually: validations, business rules and full logging.

Can an AI agent building an application deploy a change without human control?

No. The agent can prepare the configuration, use MCP tools and run validation, but every change goes into the Git repository. There it becomes fully visible and passes through a review and approval process before it is deployed.

Why does Productive24AI use Lua?

Lua makes it possible to build safe and predictable platform extensions without the complexity and maintenance costs typical of JavaScript, Java or .NET. It has a small runtime, deterministic execution and native sandboxing, so business logic runs quickly, predictably and without a heavy ecosystem of dependencies.

Importantly, Lua serves here as a scripting layer for business rules, not as a language for building an entire application. This keeps the platform core stable while client processes can be changed quickly and safely.

Can partners build solutions on Productive24AI?

Yes, and it is one of the natural usage scenarios for the platform. The partner focuses on what constitutes their value — the configuration and business logic of the solution for the client. The entire technical and operational layer (security, runtime, audit, deployment and application lifecycle management) is handled by the platform.
